    DYNA-MESS tension test rig

    Complex test systems for development can be equipped with several superimposed drives if required by the application of the component to be tested. In this way, systems can be realised with a selectable, constant drive speed to which a vibration load and additional slip between the input and output side is superimposed. Classic torsion test benches or torsion test benches with superimposed axial loading are also possible.

    Steering wheel

Continuous actuation tests on horns and switches are usually carried out on the complete steering wheel.

    Testing the pedal system and foot lever mechanism

    DYNA-MESS test systems are used for testing pedals and foot controls. In addition to fatigue vibration tests on the pedal, fatigue function tests are primarily carried out on the entire foot lever mechanism, in which the fatigue strength of the pedal and the long-term functional reliability of bearings, master cylinders, springs, etc. are analysed. Modern technologies such as brake-by-wire are tested and further developed on specially developed test benches.
