    Technical properties

    The gully top testing machine is a customised design for compression tests on various components, such as gully tops, covers, drainage channels, surface boxes, caps, and much more. The machine has a 4-column design with an overhead cylinder and a hydraulic unit integrated in the base. The test specimen are brought into the test chamber via an automatically operated sliding table with scale graduation to determine the table position. This allows for the simulation of eccentric loads.

    Accessories, such as different test stamps and additional displacement sensors, allow the various tests to be carried out in accordance with the standard.

    EN 124-1/A: Permanent deformation

    • Manual measurement and input of the zero value
    • Verification of the correct insertion depth of the feed table
    • Loading/unloading according to load classes with defined force increase speed
