Tests
Classic torsion tests
The elements that are subject to torsional loads during operation include

These and other components can be tested on DYNA-MESS torsion test benches.
Cardan shaft tests
In cardan tests, the axis of a hydraulic bushing is tilted relative to the bushing housing.
Static and dynamic tests
Torsion and cardanic tests can be carried out in a static or dynamic manner. In quasi-static tests, the following characteristic values, among others, can be determined
- Static characteristic curve
- reversal margin
- Static stiffness at individual operating points

Tension tests
In addition to classic torsion tests, DYNA-MESS testing machines can also be used to perform tests with linear and axial clamping. Continuous tests under rotational speed can also be carried out.

Dual-mass flywheels

Measurement of separation and coupling points
During the servo-electrically operated engagement and disengagement process, a defined drag torque is applied to the clutch disc and the engagement and disengagement points are determined.
